The facility maintenance staff at the U.S. Embassy in Lusaka had trainings: Facilities Lock Out/Tag Out and Health Talk on Malaria on March 19th, 2012. The Facility Manager & Assistant Manager invited U.S. Peace Corps Malaria Coordinator, Jane Coleman, to present on malaria control in Zambia. The presentation included prevention and treatment measures, myths surrounding malaria transmission, and what the Ministry of Health is doing to reduce malaria in Zambia. The presentation was well received and the employees contributed interesting and difficult questions.
